Christian Reimsbach-Kounatze is an Information Economist and Policy Analyst at the OECD Directorate for Science, Technology and Innovation with nearly 20 years of expertise in examining the economic and social impact of the digital transformation. This includes over a decade in leading OECD projects on data-driven innovation and data governance with a focus on data access and sharing, including privacy-enhancing technologies. Before joining the OECD, Christian worked as a researcher at the Institute for Information and Market Engineering of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and at SAP Research (Germany). Christian holds a Diploma in Information Science, Engineering and Management and in Economics, both granted by the KIT, Germany.
